These Terms govern your use of the Hangry Hellcat app, provided by BTS Innovations LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
What Hangry Hellcat is — and isn't
Hangry Hellcat is a body-neutral wellbeing companion for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not medical, psychological, or nutritional care, and it is not a substitute for professional treatment. Hellcat is an AI character; her replies are not advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or the resources in our Support page.
Subscriptions, free trial & billing
- Hangry Hellcat offers an auto-renewing subscription: $3.99/week, $9.99/month, or $49.99/year, after a 7-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTS Innovations LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on Hellcat's replies.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
