Hangry Hellcat ("the app," "we," "us") is built by BTS Innovations LLC. We designed this app to be private and on your side. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and why.
What stays on your device
Your captured wins and photos, your Vent Journal entries, your goal, and your weekly mood are stored locally on your iPhone. We do not upload them, and we cannot read them.
What's processed on our servers
The "Talk It Out" chat is the one feature that needs a server. When you send a message, it's sent to our secure inference service to generate Hellcat's reply, then returned to you. Chat content is used only to produce that reply and is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train models. We keep it no longer than needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
What we collect
- Email — only if you join our waitlist or contact support.
- Subscription status — handled by Apple. We receive whether you have an active subscription, never your card or Apple ID.
- Basic, anonymized diagnostics — crash and performance data to keep the app working.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never track your body, weight, or calories — the app has no such numbers. We never share your journal or photos.
Children
Hangry Hellcat is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Your choices
You can delete your local data any time by removing the app. To request deletion of any email or support records, contact us below.
